Barnacle Studios is the creative producer behind The Broadway—a landmark hub for arts and culture on the Southern Mornington Peninsula.

Currently undergoing revitalisation and restoration, The Broadway is being transformed into a dynamic home for creative practice, led by Barnacle Studios. As a collective, Barnacle supports artists, makers, and cultural enterprises through curated programs, skill-building workshops, and strategic partnerships.

The Broadway functions as a living studio, gallery, and gathering space—designed to nurture talent, spark collaboration, and connect community with creativity. This ongoing restoration is central to Barnacle’s mission: to fuel artistic vibrancy while contributing to the region’s cultural, economic, and social vitality.
